School Rules
1. On
class days and school functions, students must wear the school uniform as prescribed for the
occasion. They should come to school in well groomed and smartly dressed. Students not properly
dressed and those whose general appearance does not properly dressed and those whose general
appearance does not conform to the regulations prescribed by the school, will be sent back home by
the principal.
2. No students shall leave the school premises during his/her regular school
hours. Permission to do so may granted only by the principal. The teacher concerned will
maintain a record of such a permission.
3. Students who come late to the school and those who have been absent on a
previous day. Must bring letters of explanation will be promptly but before the principal for
the persual and counter signature.
4. No un-prescribed books, paper and picture shall be brought to the school
without the permission of the principal. The students shall not bring to the school any sharp
object like knife, blade, etc. Appropriate action shall be taken against the student found in
possession of any such object.
5. Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and
belongings. They are strictly forbidden to wear any jewellery during school hours, Nor should
they bring large sums of money and valuable like camera, mobile phones, expensive pens and play
items to the school.
6. Any kind of damage done to the school premises/property must be made good
by the students concerned.
7. Students are strictly forbidden to buy eatables from road side vendors.
They can use the school canteen instead.
8. The students who on their way to and from the school travel independently.
Must conduct the useless in responsible manner and reach home without delay. Politeness and
courtesy should be the motto of every student of school .
9. During the absence of the teacher from the class students must obey the
perfect of the monitor of the class.
10. Every student must be in possession of prescribed text books and exercise
books must bring those to school keeping with the daily time-table.
11. Co-curricular activities are an integral part of the school’s education
system. All the students , therefore must participate in various activities according to their
aptitude and interest.
12. A students who have been suffering from
an infectious disease, must produce a certificate from a competent medical authority that
there is no risk of his conveying infections to other students, by attending the school
.
13. Promotion to higher class is made on the basis of result of the unit,
terminal and final examination .Those students who fail to secure minimum of 40% aggregate marks
shall not be considered for promotion . The students who fail for two consecutive years in the
same class shall not be permitted to continue their studies in the school
14. No special arrangement will be made for students who has absent for any reason from any of the examination or tests or a part thereof
15. Only those students who have paid all the dues of the school shall be
permitted to appear for the final examination.
16. One month’s notice must be given prior to withdrawal of students from the
school or one month’s fee should ne paid in lieu thereof same condition shall apply in case of
the withdrawal of school transport.
17. Every students must possess a copy of the school diary and bring it to the
school, everyday. Each remark of the teacher in the student diary must be signed by
parents/guardian. Students who do not get their diary signed by their parents or fail to bring
diary to the school will be sent back home at the expenses of the parents. Such cases must be
brought to the principal through the concerned class teacher.
18. The school proposes not to show the evaluated answer sheets of the Ist and
IInd term exams as it concedes an unfair and rigidity between the teacher and the parents. However
the final term exams answer sheets shall be available to the parents for their kind perusal.
No illegitimates request shall be entertained of the parents regarding the undue increments in
the marks. I assure you that though the centralized evaluation system. The maximum possible care
shall be taken to the justified, pertinent evaluation. However in case any reasoned
discrepancies are noticed at any later stage in which either the partiality or the favouritism
gets revealed on part of a teacher then the penalizing action shall be taken up without any
appeal for going scot-free.
